Fares Abraham is a Palestinian-American born in Bethlehem. Before launching Levant, he worked as a senior training specialist, instructional designer, and consultant for various large U.S. and international corporations and major government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Defense. He has also served as an organizational consultant and executive coach for leaders and organizations worldwide. Fares leads multiple ministries throughout the Middle East and North Africa. He holds an MBA and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. Additionally, he serves as an adjunct faculty professor at Liberty University.

He is the global leader of NEXTGEN, a movement among young Arabic-speakers around the world. He is an author and frequent guest speaker at conferences, universities, and churches. Fares is most passionate about equipping and empowering the next generation of leaders. He and his wife, Soha, have three children and split their time between the U.S. and the Middle East.
